仕事内容、今後の事業について　

アフィリエイトプラットフォーム‘afb‘を中心に、広告運用、KOL施策、SNS運用などのマーケティングのソリューションを提供し、日本企業の台湾・香港進出の手助けをしております。今後、東南アジアと欧米等他地域にも展開して参りたいです。
In global marketing team, we help Japanese enterprises to enter Taiwan and Hong Kong with our affiliate platform “afb” by providing them with marketing solutions such as internet ads, KOLs strategy, official social network account operation. In the future, we will go further and expand all over the world.

仕事のやりがいについて

グローバルマーケティング事業部は新規事業ですので、0からビジネスを作っていく必要があります。日々色んなことに挑戦し、チームと一緒に自分も成長することができて、日々とても充実しています。
Since the global marketing team is a new startup, we are allowed to challenge ourselves such as establishing new business from zero. I feel fulfilling every day to grow with our team.

フォーイットで得た知識やスキル

前職はマーケティング関連の仕事でしたが、インターネット広告業界は完全に未経験でした。入社以来、インターネット広告の運用を通してクライアント様の販促支援をしてきた中で、
Google広告、LINE広告、ネイティブ広告など様々なインターネット広告の運用スキルを身に付けることができました。
Although my previous job is related to marketing, I am a pure newcomer of internet industry. Here I learned how to run internet ads like Google, Line, and native ads to sell our clients‘ products throughout the affiliate methods.

今までに経験した良いこと、悪いこと

広告運用には調子がいい時もあれば悪い時もあります。
悪い時でも諦めずに努力し続ければ、「あの時良い経験をしたな」と思える日がくると思います。
When running the advertisement, there will be ups and downs of the ads. However, once we can overcome the obstacles, it will turn into good experience.

思い描くキャリアプラン

私の得意とする語学を活かし、日本と世界の架け橋になりたいと思います。
I would like to utilize my language ability and become a bridge to link up Japan and the world.

業務に対する心構え

マーケティングと広告の世界はとても変化が速いです。状況が変化しても常に勝ち続けられるよう、常に危機感を持って試行錯誤し続けることを心がけています。
Marketing and advertisement change dramatically every day. Always put the awareness of a crisis in mind and keep trying to find a road leading to victory.
